About Kathryn Rudlin
With over 30 years experience, I was initially trained as a family therapist and worked with teens and their families in settings to include foster care, wilderness therapy and psychiatric hospitals. My Masters Degree in Social Work is from the University of Denver, my undergraduate degree is in psychology from American University in Washington, D.C. I am an Advanced Certified Schema Therapist, and my passion is helping adults who were raised by narcissistic parents. My book “Ghost Mothers: Healing From the Pain of A Mother Who Wasn’t Really There” was published in October 2012. My specialty is all issues related to narcissism and those impacted by narcissistic relationships, in addition to helping adults transcend being poorly parented, and I’ve teamed up with a yoga teacher to offer Schema Yoga. In addition I have specialized training in clinical supervision, addictions and personality disorders.
