About Gill Heath
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and practice using Schema Therapy and Mindfulness to help with a wide range of emotional / psychological problems; including low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, childhood trauma, work-based stress and relationship problems. I also offer specialist supervision, training workshops and co-run an ISST approved Schema Therapy Training Programme with Dr Tara Cutland Green.
